Prior to Northwestern, Jim spent 12 years at Google. He is one of the leading experts in the field and believes that AI has the potential to revolutionize the way we work - especially the way marketers market, and the way consumers interact with brands. Jim believes that AI is a powerful tool that can help companies reach their customers in new and innovative ways, and it’s time to start taking advantage of these opportunities.
