Joel has served as a member of the Kansas City Royals broadcast team since 2008. He has nearly 25 years of experience in television, where he’s developed and maintained relationships with professional athletes, coaches, and team management.

Joel has become a powerful public speaker and presenter, talking with groups about the networking principles he’s learned from his experiences interviewing successful icons.

Joel also became an author with the release of his book, “Small Ball, Big Results,” where he explains how little things end up as the building blocks for big wins in baseball, business, and life
