Luke: Hi Dr. Cabral. Could you please answer my questions below. Q1. Are EMFs while flying something to be concerned with particularly while pregnant? If so what can be done to mitigate these issues? Q2. What are your thoughts on Scalar energy? There is a product called Blushield that claims that they use this technology to reduce EMFs by producing a stronger frequency for a person's body to resonate with instead of the EMFs. Are you familiar with this technology? If so what are your thoughts? Also if you haven't heard of blushield could you please do a product review one day? Kim: Hi Dr Cabral. Love listening to your podcast and have learned so much. I was recently diagnosed with Pelvic Congestion Syndrome from an MRI done to find out why my hip was hurting. I have asked for help on the group support page and did a search on the podcast you have done and have not found very much info on this topic. Can this be something that can be fixed through natural treatments or will I need some sort of surgery to address this condition? Thank you for your time.

Suzanna: Dear dr. Cabral, I really wanted to know your opinion about the supplementation with nicotinamide riboside for mitochondrial health. I've been reading some great scientific research about it and was wondering if you have used it or come across the scientific evidence supporting the health benefits? I really trust your opinion and would like to know if you would recommend it before I start using them, also because the supplements containing nicotinamide riboside are not the cheapest ones around :) Thanks so much for your answer!

Sasha: Hello dr. Cabral! First of all, thanks for All your amazing work and your effort to release a great and helpful podcast episode every day. I can't even imagine how much work and dedication this takes, and I want to let you know that we all notice and appreciate it greatly. Secondly, I wanted to ask you if you've ever done a 3 day water fast? Apparently, 3 days without food is when the authophagy really kicks in and starts cleaning out the old, defective cells. Is this true? And if it is, how would you go about this? How would you prepare for it, what would be your advice on activity during these 3 days and how would you break it? What type and how much food would you eat the day after? Would this affect (female) hormones and what way? Sorry, it's a lot of questions, but if anyone could answer them it would be you! Thank you for this answer and everything that you do!

Farrel: Hey Dr Cabral. Are there any health benefits from tongkat Ali or longjack? Like for a mid 30's athlete. I also wanna know if there are benefits, would one be able to use it during 7 day detox. Thank you

Dan: I am a 44yr old male, overall healthy. Multiple simple cysts on liver and one on kidney that seem to be growing. Question to you is: - What causes these cysts formations? - What can I do to shrink/eliminate them? As always, you are a blessing for all of us! Dan
