Jackson Lohr (@lohrsportsperformance) is a personal trainer and sports performance coach who works with people from all walks of life. A former competitive athlete himself, Jackson had to learn how to train to keep up in sport, and to battle through and heal from several injuries. Now, he gives back everything he’s learned, training client both online and in person in Stuarts Draft, Virginia.
When you train people in long enough, you start to hear some of the same excuses coming up again and again in different forms. They’re all valid, but usually, there’s a workaround.
In today’s episode, we talked about some of the most common “excuses” people give as to why they can’t workout, or can’t stay on point with their fitness and nutrition. We definitely had some fun with this one, but also gave a ton of practical advice as to how to actually overcome these excuses.
