Today's guest is Rainier Wylde, a man who has lived many lives, from managing a Fortune 500 company, to becoming a psychotherapist, to helping people navigate the human soul. 

I found Rainier on Instagram - what he wrote about resonated so much that I invited him on the show. We largely talk about the messiness of being human -- dating unavailable people, our shadow selves, infidelity, grief, and so much more.
