Today’s conversation is with Dr Yusef Smith, co-founder of Propane Fitness.

This is round 2 with Yusef after he appeared on episode 87 talking about making big career decisions, improving the nation’s health and productivity. The reaction last time was incredible, so it was a pleasure to host Yusef again. This time we got together in the Green Room podcast studios during Yusef’s recent trip to Scotland.

Since we spoke in September 2021, Yusef has left the NHS so we explore what led to this decision and the factors he took into consideration.
