Nate Barger is a real estate investor and entrepreneur with over 16 years of expertise in the RE industry. Today, at the age of 45, he has flipped over 3,500 properties, holds over 1,800 current units, and is living his life with full control over his finances and time - but this was not always the case.

Nate grew up in a blue-collar, alcoholic family, an environment that led to him being sent to military school at the age of 13 and falling into the world of drugs at the height of the crack epidemic in America. After spending the majority of his 20’s in and out of prison for multiple drug-related felonies, he cried out to God for a way out, and was guided towards the real estate industry. With the immense luck he experienced and the way it saved his life, Nate has spent his entire career coming up with creative ways to give back to his community and to help others change their lives the same way he did through RE investing; this year alone, he and his partners are finishing a PPM aimed to raise $50 Million for distressed hotels.
