Dr. Erin Hudson is an Accomplished ten-year entrepreneur as well as a wife and mother of five. Dr. Hudson is the proud owner of Hudson Wellness center and serves as a director for over 30+ employees. She’s a successful real estate investor with a track record spanning five years, as well as an asset manager of a 23.5 million Real estate portfolio. Currently she has got 292 doors under her belt with 88 under contract. Dr. Hudson is a firm believer if you want something bad enough go for it! All it takes is 1 foot in front of the other. Her mantra is the sky’s the limit!

Chad’s journey in real estate began when he and his wife purchased their first home years ago in a market that was so hot it almost priced us out completely. After doing a live-in rehab and reaping the rewards of sweat equity, value-add real estate investing has become a love affair that will last a lifetime. After learning that commercial real estate assets were valued on the income they generate and not using the comparable method as in the residential world, Chad was hooked. Since then Chad has closed on 138 units of sub-50 unit multifamily properties, has 72 units under contract and is growing with a team to do more together.
