#85- Flexibility in Mental Health Care, ADHD, and OCD (with Noah Tile)

This week on TRM, we are joined by Psychotherapist, Rabbi, and Co-Founder of Resolvve Mental Health, Noah Tile! In this episode, we discuss a wide range of topics. First, Noah explains how he found a need to make mental health care more accessible and affordable for students. Resolvve Mental Health is a platform that aims to provide people with the services that they need, fast, and improve overall education around mental health issues/resources. He also talks about how his work as a Psychotherapist and a Rabbi oftentimes overlap and explains how he interchanges his approach to best serve those in his community. We discuss the importance of faith, spirituality, and cultural competency in the mental health space.
