In this episode, we talk about solutions to many of the frustrations that have been sent to us over the past few months.
The bottom line is, there's no perfect church, because there's no perfect people... BUT if we can all continue to encourage, celebrate, and inspire each other, it'll limit the frustrations across the board for our teams.
It's super important to communicate with your team or your leaders anytime you have a frustration or see something that could be better... but communicate properly. Don't just be a complainer. Best rule of thumb is if you see a problem, have a solution or a few solutions to bring up... don't just point out the problems.
