Building Resilience Things Aren’t Always What They Seem
Have you ever looked at a situation in your life and thought it was the worst thing that could happen, only to realize later that it might have been a blessing in disguise? It's a peculiar aspect of life: sometimes, things aren't what they seem.
On this episode of Building Resilience, we delve deep into the heart of understanding the unpredictability of life's challenges and the unexpected benefits they can bring. I share one of my favorite stories -- The Farmer and His Horse -- a tale that beautifully illustrates the blurred lines between good fortune and misfortune, and the simple question we can ask ourselves for some clarity: "Who knows what is good and what is bad?"
