Episode 45: Prescribing Adequate Volume in Powerlifting ft. Jason Tremblay
Kevin hopped on a call this week with The Strength Guys owner Jason Tremblay to chat about their differing coaching styles. The Strength Guys is a group of scientists, innovators, and athletes who are passionate about delivering results-driven and evidence-based online powerlifting coaching services for drug-free athletes (very similar to what Kevin does with PPS!).
Jason is the president and co-founder of TSG. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education from Mount Royal University, as well as the university’s PFT Certificate. He has coached several athletes to IPF medals, including Taylor Atwood’s most recent gold at the 2018 IPF Classic World Championship.
