Today’s conversation is with Dr Stuart McGill, professor emeritus at University of Waterloo for 30 years, clinician and researcher.
Stu is the number one back pain expert in the world and works with athletes and general population, covering the principles to cure your back problems and sciatica.
Having published over 240 papers, and written several books about back pain, I was privileged to host Stu on the podcast.
