In this episode I am joined by speed expert John Corr. John has a masters degree in performance coaching, is a very experienced strength and conditioning coach, and is the Irish record holder for 60,100,200m in the over 45 category.

While his background is primarily in sprinting, he has experience training golfers, and the principles we talk about are clearly transferable to golf.

We talk about genetics, training as you get older, and some important concepts about training for general health, fitness, and performance that many people are unaware of.
