For author and pastor Megan Fate Marshman, those were hard questions to answer after losing her husband, Randy, suddenly to a heart attack. Learning to relax into Christ through the grief and loss was a challenge, but in it she learned to move at a Kingdom pace. She wrote her latest book, **Relaxed: Walking with the One Who Is Not Worried about a Thing**,as a way to help readers let go of spiritual performance and find freedom to walk towards God at a gentle pace.
