Using the principles of Bhakti Yoga and a loving affirmation, we'll create a safe space to gently release any stored emotions, such as grief, anger, or fear, allowing your heart to open and expand. This practice promotes emotional healing and cultivates a greater capacity for love and joy.

This meditation series invites you to explore Bhakti Yoga, a path of profound emotional release and spiritual transcendence. Bhakti is about expressing the deepest longings of the heart, connecting with the divine through love, devotion, and surrender. We'll use meditation, mantra, and visualization to open the heart chakra and experience the transformative power of divine love. This is a journey of emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and the ecstatic union with the divine.

Day 2:  Affirmation, "I awaken to my deepest devotion."

Day 3:  Inhale and exhale as you expand love in your heart.

Day 4:  Anahata mudra for healing love

Day 5:  4th chakra for love and compassion

Day 6:  Layer Meditation Techniques

Day 7:  Reflection + Introspection
