In this week's episode, I'm talking about being bold and brave in how you live your life. Maybe it's the full moon in Aries that is inspiring me this week, but it's time for us to take down the walls around our hearts and really experience the life we're meant to live. Even if it means heartbreak. Even if it means feeling grief. Even if it means feeling at all!
This is why we're here. To live through the experiences of what it is to be human. And in order to do that we need to open ourselves up. Not just our hearts. We also need to open ourselves up to the people around us. And to build community and connection. I know I probably sound like a broken record after all of these episodes around community, but it can't be emphasized more. We are at a crucial point right now and it is so essential for us to come together if we are to survive the end of this empiré.
