The other day while swimming a few laps back and forth it got me thinking about how similar swimming and business are. With repetitive exercise, I can sometimes have moments of clarity and I definitely had this the other day while swimming. In business, ask yourself this: are you just fighting the water or are you actually moving gracefully and focusing on the right things?
