Lizaan Joubert: How Am I Doing

Meet Lizaan, after experiencing 5 inspirational years of traveling, Lizaan shares her love of yoga in London teaching a regular schedule.

She started her own Holistic Retreat Company in 2015 creating wellness space for clients and students specializing in Transformational Getaways.

She collaborates with Retreat Owners, her Private Corporate Clients for tailored weeks and sessions in London and globally.

She teaches Yoga in an accessible way that suits every practitioner. She is certified in both Yin & Yang methodologies by some of the best leaders & teachers in the World. Liz is also Level 3 Certified Enlifted Life Coach facilitating 1:1 and group sessions in transformational settings for teams in training or individual self development work.

Originally from South Africa, she prefers to walk around barefoot and has a love of tennis. Yoga studies, travel, furthering her work, family, friends, surfing and cooking is high on her list of values.

In 2009 she decided to leave her hospitality career to devote her path fully to the practice of yoga, completing her qualifications in 2012. She now has over 1500 hours teaching qualifications in Dynamic Vinyasa and a Yin Level 2 certifications. Each year she travels to America to study with her teachers Paul and Suzee Grilley.

Lizaan is a transparent student of Yoga, and it shows in her teachings, guidance and the work she brings to settings and the environments she is part of.
