Pamela Gold is the founder of PRTL, the rebrand of HACKD Fitness. PRTL is NYC’s first biohacking fitness studio where Pamela showcases Minimum Effective Dose workouts. These workouts are driven by data and technology and then paired with groundbreaking recovery modalities which then help individuals achieve best fitness results in a minimum amount of time.
She is the creator of Peace Power Parenting an online program that provides a practical training for parents synthesizing behavioral, social, emotional and spiritual intelligence. She also wrote Find More Strength: 5 Pillars to Unlock Unlimited Power and Happiness and another one called, Timeless in Less Time.
