Episode 133: From Invisible to In Demand: The Two Problems Every Creator Must Solve

You're posting consistently but it feels like nobody is seeing it. Or your views are climbing but the money isn't following. Those are the two problems every creator has to solve, and most people only know about the first one.

In this episode of The Creator Passport Podcast, we're breaking down both problems and exactly what changed for us at each stage. It took us 9 months to hit our first 1,000 followers, and even after we figured out growth, we had to learn that followers don't automatically turn into income.

We're covering:

• Why posting more isn't fixing your growth, and the 9 month to 1,000 follower story that taught us that
• The 4 systems that changed everything: understanding your target audience, hooks, repeatable formats, and a weekly content review process
• How to read your analytics without the emotion: skip rate, watch time, and retention
• The outlier video trap, and why you shouldn't double down on random viral posts
• Why a creator with 50,000 followers can make bank while someone with 200,000 barely cracks six figures
• The pitch that went unanswered for 6 months and turned into two $20,000 to $50,000 expeditions
• The mindset and personal growth work Giselle wishes she had started years earlier
