In honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), Get Hired is celebrating the stories, talents and contributions of workers with disabilities throughout the month of October.

On this week’s episode, LinkedIn Editor at Large Andrew Seaman speaks with Paralympic gold medalist in archery Matt Stutzman, AKA The Armless Archer. Matt reflects on the discrimination he’s faced in the past from employers who refused to hire him, and discusses his path to becoming one of the best archers in the world. He also speaks to employers about what they should know about hiring someone with a physical disability.
