Why do we do meditations on the Full Moon? What’s the “dark of the moon?” Does… it have anything to do with Pink Floyd? Is the moon “feminine” energy and the sun “masculine” energy? And why should we pay attention to this at all?

This is my pragmatic-as-possible perspective on the super woo and super misperceptions about our relationship to the sun + moon—and why we should be very mindful about those connections. I’m also talking about Heart Centered Altars and creating those sacred spaces in our homes.
