About Tejas Gosai:
Tejas Gosai has over twenty years of real estate experience, including development, property management, and commercial finance. Gosai started his career younger than most by earning a bachelor of science degree in less than three years from Ithaca College while double majoring in marketing and legal studies with a minor in economics. He became one of the youngest students of the 2006 class to attain a Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.
After completing graduate school, Mr. Gosai moved to his hometown, just south of Pittsburgh. He began a series of real estate development projects with a group of physicians, lawyers, and small family offices. With a focus on creating generational wealth for his investors, Tejas constructed, opened, and operated over a dozen major hotels, gas stations, multi-family assets, and developed retail & strip malls totaling over $75MM in real estate holdings.
Combining his experiences, Mr. Gosai created one of the fastest-growing commercial real estate firms specifically focused on the Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton markets. He and his firm have closed over $100M in deal volume with an average of 26.4 listing days on market.
