To reach for the heavens of your highest habits is a wonderful move. It shows the depth of your hope, the respect you have for the realization of your genius and the greatness of your ambition. How wonderful!
Yet, to err is (very) human. No one is consistent 100% of the time (no matter what they try to show you through their curated social media feeds).
Please remember one of my top brain tattoos: “All change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end.”
If mastering a new habit to the point where it becomes automatic and, therefore, easier to do than not to do was super easy, the change you’re trying to make wouldn’t be valuable change.
All brilliant transformations are hard. They force you to reach deep into your gifts and talents and push past fear, doubt and resistance. And as you do this, you build greater self-awareness, about how strong you truly are.
My main point right here though is that growth is never a straight line. It’s more like “stumbling your way to excellence.”
My new book “The Wealth Money Can’t Buy” is full of fresh ideas and original tools that I’m absolutely certain will cause quantum leaps in your positivity, productivity, wellness, and happiness. You can order it now by clicking here.
