Freya Ridings is an English singer, songwriter and instrumentalist whose 2017 single "lost Without You" became a top then his in the UK. Since then she released her well-received self-titled debut album in 2019, and has now released her sophomore album Blood Orange (2023). We spoke with Freya about Blood Orange, growing up around music, confidence, inner growth, moments of joy and gratitude, her voice, and a lot more!
