Whitney Ward is the Principal Broker of Intuitive Management Partners, as Principal Broker, Whitney is responsible for the overall growth initiatives and business strategies for the company. She currently, oversees the Investment Sales side of the business and works alongside her Senior Portfolio Manager to grow the company's property management portfolio and ensure efficient new management acquisitions.

Whitney's vision to open a niche Commercial Real Estate company came from the overall trends of the multifamily asset and the opportunities to make an impact in the multifamily business.

Whitney is a graduate from George Mason University, while at Mason she played on the Division I Basketball team for the Lady Patriots. She is also active in her community as the President of the Atlanta Mason Alumni Chapter and Assistant Coach of the Girls Varsity Basketball team at the Lovett School in Vinings, GA.
