It is achieved successfully only with a combination of self-awareness, vulnerability, trust, and respect without judgement on the part of the mentor. This book helps to unlock these characteristics. The target market includes an international and multi-disciplinary audience: I have tried to make the information relevant to all professions where professional support is necessary, across any geographical boundaries.
