(184) How To Never Feel Impatient Again
We feel impatient in two ways: short term (when we expect faster results) and long term (about projects etc.) To reduce impatience:
- Practise patience in the short moments (queues in supermarkets etc.)
- Notice that impatience comes from resisting the present moment – change your perspective on your current situation
- Be grateful for how far you’ve come, and all your progress, all while continuing to take the next steps forward.
