Mark Carbone is the CEO of PN Medical, makers of intelligent medical devices for the pulmonary and speech fields. He serves as lead inventor overseeing creation of their new device and software, Breather 2. He's also chief visionary, recruiter, deal maker, and leader of the company.

Breathing is one of the most basic, fundamental human functions. We can go days without food or water, but only minutes without breath. And yet, most of us have not taken a conscious breath in a very long time - maybe ever. On top of that, breathing is a mechanical task as well, and if we haven’t been taught any better, most people are actually not very efficient at the actual act of breathing. 

Mark discussed how to practice breathing and some of the various techniques that can be used. Including using PN Medical’s Breather 2 device. There are different applications for this spanning from high performance sport, every day people, and even those recovering from various health conditions. 

Breathing is important, and breathing well is important. It’s about time to learn how to breathe.
