I had the opportunity to thank the dude who completely shifted my career forever. Bob Seebohar did a call eight years ago talking about "Metabolic Efficiency" and how to burn fat as fuel as an endurance athlete by embracing dietary fat and reducing carbohydrates. At the time, it blew my mind. Bob was one of the first US Triathlon Level III Coaches in the country. He now has a bunch of letters behind his name, and runs several successful companies, including eNRG, which is his flagship company. He also makes delicious snacks that fit his program with his company Birota Foods! This was an absolute honor and I will be forever grateful for Bob and his work.
