Brad Minton is a Career Coach and Certified Resume Writer who has spent the last 10 years helping students, new graduates and early career professionals find their purpose and land the careers that they aspire to have. He started his career in mental health working as a therapist. In 2011, he made a career transition taking his talents to move into career development. He began working in higher education career for 3 different institutions. In 2020 he started his own business, Mint To Be Career LLC, providing career clarity and job search coaching, as well as starting his own podcast “Your Career GPS”. Brad now works as a Postsecondary Success Navigator for Wayne RESA an educational service agency that provides education support services.
