#78- HAPPY NEW YEAR: Let's Catch up!

Happy New Year and welcome to 2023! What a wild couple of months it has been. Thank you for giving me the space to get myself back on track after a very overwhelming time- I'm so happy to be back! I wanted to do a quick catch-up episode to explain where I've been at, share some of the struggles I was facing, and also discuss my goals for the upcoming year. In this episode, I talk about my most recent experience with depression. As a passionate mental health advocate, I strongly believe in the importance of sharing the negative sides of mental illness. So, I open up about what that looked like for me. I also share some of the things I'm looking forward to this month and expand on the six words that I've selected to guide me throughout the year.
