If you keep moving so fast that you can't stop long enough to know what you're thinking, maybe your speed limit is too fast for your life.
Slow down and think about what you're thinking.
You can tell yourself over and over again what you believe is true, and it becomes a fact.
But is everything you think about true?
I mean seriously. You might actually be creating lies with your own truths just because you've spoken them over and over again.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Think about what you're thinking!What if you did pause long enough to acknowledge a thought that crossed your mind?
And then, in a matter of seconds, you knew that what you thought was not true and it should be tossed from your mind.
Don't put trash into your thoughts. Guard your mind, which in turn will protect your heart.
You deserve better from yourself.
Did you notice I didn't mention anyone else in your life, but yourself?
You and I do enough to beat ourselves up to the point that no matter how awesome we are, we still don't believe in who we are becoming. Self-esteem is washed down the river.
So what does it even matter with what we think?
You create the fields of truth or lies first before anyone else says a word.
So watch what you plant in your mind.
Think about what you're thinking.
And when I negative thought comes up, kick it to the curb.
You don't have to believe what you will not receive!
