Lucas Martínez is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Talent.com, a job search platform based in Montreal, that aims to connect the world to work. Before founding Talent.com, he worked as a business consultant in Europe and B2B sales in the Middle East.
He has spent the last ten years growing the business from a small start-up to the global $150M enterprise it is today, with over 500 employees, and 30 million jobs available in more than 75 countries.
