Today we had our first in studio interview with essential oil enthusiast and expert Charee Balm.
It was loads of fun doing an interview where the guest came into our studio. The dynamic was fun and lively and it was a blast.
Charee Balm is somebody who knows an incredible amount of information regarding essential oils. She uses them in her life for many many things. She’ll use them in her diffuser so she can smell the oils in her home. This helps to mitigate mold spores and create fresh air that she can breath.
Having fresh air in your home is extremely important if you want to reconnect with nature and restore your health. Daniel Vitalis talks a lot about that here. We recommend the Austin Air purifier to help clean the air.

We talked about Charee’s history with her own health struggles like Hashimotos and other conditions she attributes to her days working as a hair stylist at a salon. The amount of chemicals in hair dyes and other substances stylists use is frightening.
Then we talked all about how to use essential oils, what kinds to buy, what essential oils to use for various conditions and so much more.
It’s amazing when you think about all the different ways essential oils can be used. They can be used to put on the skin to heal wounds, they can be used in baths, topically, in foods like juices or smoothies, they can be taken in capsule form, they can be used in massage oils, soaps and so much more.
Because all you use is a couple drops each bottle can last 4, 5 or even 6 months with moderate usage.
People have been using essential oils since the beginning of time and I think instead of running to the doctor to pick up your prescription drugs, we should first learn how to incorporate more essential oils into our lives.
