#94 My awesome guest this week is Luke Shipley. At 31 years old he finally realised his dream by signing the deal to his dream home and acreage. What hit him in that moment was an overwhelming feeling of emptiness. The goal he dreamt of his whole life was achieved and he felt more depressed than ever. With a family to look after, he said enough was enough and slowly began to look into the world of meditation. At the beginning of 2019, he joined Let It In and in August 2019 he attended our 3-day retreat.
