In this episode, we sit down with Amanda Ashy, a clinical nutritionist, mindfulness teacher, and yoga instructor for children & families. Amanda teaches social-emotional well-being in school systems and works as a consultant supporting schools to develop their wellbeing curriculum.

We discuss the power that comes from identifying your own authentic life, ways to successfully co-parent when a relationship comes to an end, giving ourselves as well as our children the space to feel all of our feelings, and so much more.
