10 Months After My Kensho Awakening — I Need to Be Honest

Ten months ago I had a kensho. Then the fireworks went. Here's what I found on the other side — and why it matters more than the peak.

Chapters:

0:00 — The fireworks went (and what that actually means)

1:20 — Presence hasn't faded — it's deepened

2:45 — When the inner commentary stops

4:30 — The nervous system still reacts (but I'm not the storm)

6:30 — The heart: from mostly closed to mostly open

8:00 — What integration actually looks like in a body

10:30 — What I'd tell someone just starting this journey
