This is my favourite episode to date. Glenn and I talk about his favourite lifters off all time, past and present, as well as why some of the best lifters ever are overrated. Some of the lifters we talk about are Zakharevich, Kakhi, Vardanyan, Dimas, and more.
We also talk about coaching youth lifters, and more importantly, which of the physical attributes are most important in a younger lifter, and which can be developed the easiest.
