Leannes journey into teaching yoga began with a simple trip to California—but it turned out to be a turning point in her life."

During the COVID lockdown, she completed a 200-hour online yoga teacher training, which opened the door to a whole new path.

"One thing I’ve learned along the way is how often we become disconnected from our own bodies. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get stuck in our heads and forget to check in with ourselves".

Yoga and mindfulness offer tools to bring us back into the present moment. And one of the most powerful tools we have is always with us—our breath. By learning how to breathe with awareness, we can calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level."
