Understanding Confidence: The Concept of Manufactured Confidence

Based on a conversation with Molly Thompson in Episode 175, André discusses how manufactured confidence is created depending on the situation and engaging the "urgent" ADHD brain activation mode where you do not think about your self-confidence - you get it done.  When you have time to think about your goals and your next steps because there is no urgency, your self-confidence speaks louder and interferes with moving forward.
