Matt is a veteran internet content creator with an expertise in American politics and public policy. He is also a columnist for political and policy opinion at Bloomberg and the author of several books including One Billion Americans: The Case for Thinking Bigger.

Matt has published articles for publications such as The American Prospect, The Atlantic, Slate, and Vox, which he co-founded and hosted The Weeds podcast.

Matt received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and currently resides in Washington, DC.
