District Attorney Recommends Resentencing for Menendez Brothers | World Series Matchup Between Yankees, Dodgers

On Thursday, the Los Angeles district attorney recommended a resentencing for Erik and Lyle Menendez amid new evidence. The brothers have been behind bars for 34 years, serving a life sentence without parole for brutally killing their parents in 1989.

While Vice President Kamala Harris has pledged continued support for Ukraine, former President Donald Trump has previously praised Vladimir Putin's decision to invade. Bush administration and Arwa Damon, the founder of the humanitarian nonprofit Inara, about the remaining barriers to a cease-fire in Gaza.

Friday is the first game in the World Series as the New York Yankees are set to battle the Los Angeles Dodgers. The two teams have met 11 times before in the World Series, with the Yankees taking the title eight times.
