Global Game Jam (GGJ) is a worldwide event taking place from January 30th - February 5th in over 700 locations and 100 countries, fostering community, collaboration, and creativity among game enthusiasts. 

It's not a competition, it's a chance for you to get a taste of how game production works in the real world. With over 50% of participants joining a jam for the first time each year, GGJ is where the game industry starts.
