Jackson has said that growing a small business includes putting structure into the business, making sure that you're growing and you're stabilizing the foundations while it grows and scales. He added, "One thing that's hard is to identify the right people, take off those hats, trust the system, and trust who you're working with, it's your baby, you've done it since day one, so you have to pay a lot of attention to it."
