Shalini Sequeira, Executive Coach and part of the leadership team at ‘’She Leads Change”, joins Dr Alexandra Morgan to reflect on inequity and lack of diversity in coaching. Shalini shares her personal experiences of inequity and how this has set her on a mission to challenge racism and inequalities at all levels and sectors of the coaching industry, assisting those previously marginalized to enter leadership roles.
