Dr. Rick Workman is the founder of one of the largest dental service organizations, Heartland Dental. Back in January 2016 he sat down with Dr. Tammy Bailey and myself to help us understand how he started Heartland Dental and the concept of Dental Service Organzations. Tammy is a Heartland dentist and helped to bring the owner/dentist perspective to the conversation.
