#105: Jeff Byers on Momentous Delivering NFL Level Products and Mindset to The World

Jeff Byers is the Co-Founder and CEO of Momentous. A company that provides world-class performance and health solutions for high-performance seekers at all levels. Jeff played college football at USC where he was also a two-time captain, before a 4 year NFL career. Among many things, he realized that the resources available to pro athletes just weren’t available to the general public. He co-founded Momentous to make the highest quality supplements and sports nutrition and guidance widely available to people like you and I. 

We spoke a lot about various supplements, how to evaluate the quality and how to think about what you may want to use. We referenced several Huberman Lab podcasts in this episode (again, they are part of Momentous’ expert advisory team) where he spoke in far more scientific detail about supplements: sleep, supplements, alcohol.
