Internet filters didn't help me in my recovery, so at the beginning of DeepClean I was actually against using them. They can actually be a bit of a crutch and may stop you from going deeper to get true freedom. BUT...I've noticed that they're not always bad. It just depends where you're at in the journey and what kind of help you're getting.
